About Pure Power Coaching

As a certified life coach, I have completed extensive training in areas such as psychology, mindset, childhood trauma, improving overall wellness and goal setting, and communication. I also hold certifications in breathwork and cold water therapy. 

I specialize in mindset coaching to help clients transform their self-defeating thought patterns, beliefs and subconscious programming. 

Healing childhood and generational trauma is another area of expertise and we use tools such as breathwork and cold water to release and heal.

One-on-one coaching services are available for $110  (60 minutes). Rates are reduced by 15% if you commit to six or more sessions.

I have developed an in-depth, 12-week coaching course that takes you through every stage of creating your own business. 

From banking to branding and marketing, we cover everything you need to do in order to launch your business and most importantly, have a solid sales and marketing plan to ensure you attract the clients you need to build, sustain and grow.

As a serial entrepreneur, I have decades of experience building successful businesses. You will have access to a complete online course inside the Pure Power Coaching app, along with extensive resources and weekly 1:1 coaching which can be done online or, in person if you are in the Toronto ON area.

I have a certification in sobriety coaching and I am 18 years clean and sober. I have a passion for helping people find a path forward from addiction to recovery.
