Private Integration

One-to-One Integration

Private coaching is for people who are ready to work directly with the patterns showing up in their lives now.

Together, we identify what is happening in real time, understand the emotional and nervous system responses beneath it, and practice new responses until they become more familiar.

This is not insight-based work alone.

It is applied, structured, and requires participation.

INVESTMENT

$200 per session

Includes 750-minute in-person or online private coaching session, between-session support, and personalized integration resources.
